You sell mostly gold and silver fine jewelry, how do I know I will be getting what I paid for?
I personally guarantee everything that I sell to be 100% as described in the listing. All metals and stones have been evaluated for authenticity. I personally have over 15 years in the business and am third generation in the industry. I am happy to report, and very greatful, that I have thousands of happy repeat online buyers.

I have seen your pieces advertised on other online sites, are your pieces original or multiples?
I display my antique and vintage catalog on five well-respected online venues. Each of the items that I display is a one-of-a-kind estate piece. That is to say, I only have one of each item in my catalog so once it is sold it cannot be replaced.

What is your return policy?
I guarantee all items to be as decribed in accordance to the listing. Because each item is a one-of-a-kind, your selection is final. In the rare instance that there is a major discrepency between the item description and the item received, a full refund is happily offered with written documentation from a certified GIA antique jewelry appraiser. All returns must be authorized, so please contact me asap. All authorized returns must be post marked within 48 hours of receiving the original item. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any authorized return.

I am looking for something that I do not see in your current catalog, might you have it in your offline collection?
Yes, it is always possible. I am always working and finding new treasures. If there is something special that you are looking for, please let me know. I am always happy to hear from you.

My grandmother passed away and left me her jewelry box. If I send you pictures of the pieces can you give me an idea of what it might be worth?
No, doing an online appraisal such as this without actually being able to hold a test a piece is unethical. Please do not ask. You should take your pieces to a certified appraiser, but please know that there can be significant cost involved.

Is there a difference between an antique piece and an estate piece of jewelry?
Yes, there might be. An antique piece is associated with a specific time period. For example an antique Art Deco piece will date around 1920-30's. An estate piece is something that was acquired through an estate collection and may or may not be antique. An estate piece of jewelry often has age associated with it, but can also be more contemporary.

I am interested in purchasing one of your antique diamond rings to use as our wedding ring, is it too fragile to be used as such?
When considering an antique piece, keep in mind that it has already proven to be be very durable as it has lasted many decades of use. In general, a beautifully made piece in precious stones and metals will last you many decades and be a future heirloom to be passed down in your family. I make certain that the pieces that I offer are in good overall condition and all stones are secure before placing them out for sale. It is often the case that a well made antique or vintage piece will serve you better than a newer piece that was mass produced today.

Do you have layaway or any kind of payment plan available?
I am happy to work with you when I can. Everything is on a case by case, piece by piece basis. In general items over $500 can be put on a short-term payment schedule. Please send me an email to ask as I am always happy to hear from you!

I was looking at a diamond ring you had for several weeks and now it is sold, any chance of me being able to purchase it?
Unfortunately, no. That is why when you see something that you love in my catalog, you have to buy it when it is available because I cannot replace the estate pieces that I sell like a chain jewelry store might do. Many of the antique pieces that I sell will never be seen again. My inventory is constantly changing and I cannot tell you when a piece might sell, so it is a good idea to make it yours while you can.
